设备内部装有一级聚结芯和斥水分离芯,均采用的是特殊的载体和特殊的表面活性剂制造,常用的载体为尼龙或含氟超细纤维和甲基硅烷醇、纳米碳酸钙、含F、Si 类表面活性剂等,一级芯具有强烈的亲水作用,烃类或混合油类中含有的水被吸附在一级芯的纤维上,水分子不断被吸附涨大,形成足够大的水滴后,破坏界面张力而脱附,从而与连续相烃(油)类分成两相,油和水从聚结芯出来后,水滴靠重力下降而分层,通过排水阀和界面计的连锁控制水相外排。斥水分离芯的功能是亲油疏水,油类能够通过,而水分子不能透过,从而达到有机烃类(油)和水的高精度分离。

The water contained in hydrocarbons or mixed oils is adsorbed on the fibers of the primary core, and the water molecules are constantly adsorbed and expanded, After the formation of sufficiently large water droplets, the interfacial tension is destroyed and desorbed, so as to be divided into two phases with continuous phase hydrocarbons (oils). After the oil and water come out of the coalescence core, the water droplets fall and layer by gravity, and the water phase is discharged through the interlocking control of drainage valve and interface meter. The function of water repellent separation core is lipophilic and hydrophobic. Oil can pass through it, but water molecules cannot, so as to achieve high-precision separation of organic hydrocarbons (oil) and water.
滤材本身具有过滤、破乳的功能,绝对过滤精度为20 微米,为了增加设备的寿命及满意的分离效果,如果介质中含有颗粒较大的悬浮物,建议增加预过滤器。

典型应用:
1、 去除碱处理过程下游精制燃料中夹带的残碱。
2、 去除各种油品中的游离水,如:汽油、柴油、润滑油、煤油及各种芳烃、烷烃等。
3、 去除液/液胺接触塔(胺洗塔)下游碳氢化合物中夹带的胺。
