The recovery and utilization of steam condensate is an important part of steam heating system. The closed condensate recovery system developed on the basis of open recovery system has high energy-saving and economic benefits.

密闭式凝结水回收系统指的是凝结水在回收、处理、利用的过程中不与大气接触,避免大量含污染物的蒸汽直接排入大气系统,冷凝水处理后可回锅炉重复利用,实现节能和环境效益。

The closed condensate recovery system refers to that the condensate does not contact with the atmosphere in the process of recovery, treatment and utilization, so as to avoid a large amount of steam containing pollutants being directly discharged into the atmospheric system, and the condensate can be reused in the boiler after treatment, so as to realize energy conservation and environmental benefits.

该系统工艺由多路共网器、减温减压塔、一级过滤器、聚结除油器、精密除油器和凝结水的输送、装置自控、配电系统等组成。

The system process is composed of multi-channel common network device, temperature and pressure reduction tower, primary filter, coalescing oil separator, precision oil separator, condensate transmission, device automatic control, power distribution system, etc.

特种聚结材料:精密除油过程采用特种耐高温聚结材料,进行含有机物凝结水的破乳、富集、分离,使有机物得以除去的过程。出水凝结水含有机物量 ≤1.0mg/L,铁离子含量<50µg/L。全自动控制,运行操作简单,系统运行费用很低,不需专设操作工,只需定期巡检即可。

Special coalescing materials: in the precision oil removal process, special high-temperature resistant coalescing materials are used to demulsify, enrich and separate condensate containing organic substances, so that organic substances can be removed. The organic matter content of the effluent condensate is ≤ 1.0mg/l, and the iron ion content is <50 µ g / L. Fully automatic control, simple operation, low system operation cost, no need for special operators, just regular inspection.
